The Story so far ……………… After owning & operating a prawn trawler for 14 years David & Ros Sutton purchased their Granite Belt apple orchard in 1994. By 2000 they had diversified into growing berries & had begun value adding making pure varietal apple juice and alcoholic apple cider. Today the business has grown to include an on farm shop open 7 days a week selling numerous juices, sparkling & still cider, real fruit liqueurs, apple brandy, grappa and a range of naturally fermented vinegars. Almost all fruit used in these products is grown on farm using environmentally aware orcharding practices. A very popular activity for farm visitors is picking the variety of tree ripened fresh apples that taste wonderful.
